Power Generation
Multi-channel energy/power production (wind, solar and passive solar) - storage systems and EVs as additional storage unit will create an intra dependent/redundant energy system that will produce and store enough power to operate the home for sustained periods of time.
Air Filtration System
Incorporating air filtration systems into energe2 homes is key to providing a smart and healthy living environment. Air walls will keep clean air inside and dirty air outside. Air filters and air quality will be constituently monitored to provide constant updates for occupants.
Water Regeneration
Integrating rainwater and internal water reuse/collection, storage, and recycling with rigorous quality checks, the water regeneration system guarantees that the water is safe, devoid of any impurities, chemicals, contaminants, or microplastics.
Scope 2
Avoiding the use of Scope 2 materials is crucial for reducing our environmental impact. By focusing on energy-efficient practices and relying on renewable energy sources, we can minimize indirect emissions associated with electricity and heat consumption.
Where possible we will utilize alternative sustainable materials that prioritize efficiency.
GeoThermal HVAC
A ground sourced heating and cooling system will provide Geothermal heat pumps (GHPs) that will heat, cool, and even supply hot water to a home by transferring heat to or from the ground.
Monitoring
Each of the systems - water, air quality, power generation, Geothermal HVAC and high-speed internet access will be continuously monitored for quality, filter or part replacement.
Generative AI, BI Dashboards and IoT will allow users to monitor each energe2 solution at the home and collective levels.
Connected Systems
energe2 homes will utilize a range of technology: smart | connected appliances, whole home vacuums, automated laundry, mechanized waste disposal and recycling, nano sensors for lawn watering and smart toilets.
Security
All locations will have either 24 hr. guarded security services or monitored (external only) security. This will assure that each home is safe and the value of the investment is fully protected.
External Power / WiFi
Totem Power has created a “dynamic smart platform” that combines solar energy and energy storage, Wi-Fi and electric vehicle charging, and smart lighting, all into one single product.
Units will be installed for charging EVs and providing outdoor Wi-Fi access points.
Localization
Local, sustainable and luxury products will be incorporated into every home using unique local artisans.
energe2 homes will also feature the use of local artisans and craftsman for artwork and furniture.
Transportation
Every energe2 home will have full access to an electric vehicle. Where appropriate EVs will be available for pickup and drop-off either with a self-driven or driver option.
EVs also have the added value of providing additional electric storage when not is use.

Every enege2 property will include a virtual locally directed guide to assist in the discovery at that location of entertainment, music, food, fun and outdoor activities. The virtual guides will assure your full use and enjoyment of every location and update based on visitor input.
